 Consults in my home office are billed at 80.00 per hour;  charges depend on length of time spent at the consult. The initial consult commonly lasts 1-2 hours, while follow-up visits, if needed, are 30-60 minutes, 1.5 hrs in my home office is 120.00.  My home office is located in Centennial, CO.  Phone/video consults are billed at the rate of 25.00 for each 15-minute increment. I offer in-home consultations at the starting rate of $175 per 1.5 hrs, charges depend on length of time spent at the consult.  In-home consults may require up to 2 hours, depending on the need or complexity of the situation.   A travel fee may be assessed if mileage is 15 miles and over from my home. I do travel to the Denver/Metro area.  Keep in mind most visits last 1.5- 2 hrs to include an evaluation of nursing, milk transfer, and pumping/storage evaluation.   A coded insurance form will be given to you at the conclusion of your consult so that you may submit the charges to your insurance carrier.   Please check with your insurance carrier for specific coverage. I accept all forms of payment, including HSA/FSA cards and am on Venmo.   My business hours are Monday through Friday  8 am-5 pm.  I have a network of colleagues that provide weekend coverage or if I am full. You will receive a return call, txt, or email from one of us.   Consults are scheduled as they come in, most clients can be seen within 24-48 hrs.  If you are interested in a home consultation, please let me know of your location in the contact me area.
